FEET ON THE GROUND – HEAD IN THE CLOUDS

The flourishing of Ostrava's city center and the new gastronomic scene
In recent years, Ostrava has transformed into an attractive regional center on the Czech-Polish-Slovak border, where approximately 10 million people live within a 120 km radius. Strategic location, quality infrastructure, high level of education, support for science and research, and a favorable investment climate – all of this gives the city the potential for dynamic growth.

Parking and new greenery for Ostrčilova Street
Part of the skyscraper's transformation is a sensitive approach to its surroundings. The construction of a new parking garage with a capacity of over 170 spaces will free up space for new sidewalks and park landscaping. Residents can look forward to a quieter zone full of trees and relaxation areas right under the windows of their homes.

Ostrava, a city of architecture and innovation
Our city is definitively confirmed as the center of modern Czech architecture in 2026. In addition to the reconstruction of our skyscraper, a new concert hall building is being built in the neighborhood and a historic slaughterhouse is being revived. The project on Ostrčilova Street is a key piece of this puzzle that is changing the face of Ostrava into a self-confident European city.

The summer season in the center of Ostrava attracts festivals
Living in the heart of the city means having culture literally around the corner. The coming months will bring a festival atmosphere to the streets of Ostrava, from concerts on Masaryk Square to exhibitions at the Plato Gallery. Future residents of the skyscraper will have all of these centers of activity within a few minutes' walk.

Smart technologies for energy-efficient housing
The reconstruction of the skyscraper is not only about aesthetics, but also about sustainability. The project includes the use of modern heat pumps and intelligent energy management. The goal is to create modern housing that is friendly to the environment and the wallets of future tenants.

Transformation of Smetana Square and the theater surroundings
Ostrava is investing in public space around the Antonín Dvořák Theater, which will increase the attractiveness of the entire location. New paving, benches and water features will create a pleasant walking route from this part of the city towards our skyscraper, which will become a natural landmark.

Shared community terrace
In one of the upper parts of the skyscraper, a private terrace will be created exclusively for the residents of the building. It will serve as a place for informal meetings, morning coffee or evening stargazing over Ostrava. We want the skyscraper to be not just a place to sleep, but a real home.

Cycle paths connect Ostrčilova with the Ostravice embankment
The city is expanding the network of cycle paths, which will allow future residents of the skyscraper to quickly connect to relaxation areas by the river. An active lifestyle is an integral part of our concept, which is why the project also includes a spacious and safe cycle shed right on the ground floor of the building.
