Mrakodrap, a unique residential project, pays homage to this Moravian-Silesian city’s industrial roots, defined by vertical structures (factory smokestacks and mining towers). The building will expand the city’s new sustainable direction with its vertical garden that will refresh the appearance of the facade and make residents’ lives more pleasant.

In recent years, Ostrava has transformed into an attractive regional center on the Czech-Polish-Slovak border, where approximately 10 million people live within a radius of 120 km. Its strategic location, quality infrastructure, high level of education, support for sciences and research, and a positive investment climate—all of this is aiding the city in its dynamic growth trajectory.
